These courses are designed to expand the lungs, mind, body, and spirit. There may be resistance that shows up, but there may also be times of complete bliss and relaxation. I encourage you to welcome it ALL. Enjoy patience in the practice as you shift your entire reality.
These are not breathwork certification programs, however I encourage you to still share any of the techniques learned with those you love the most. We all deserve to experience the power of the breath.
