    Once you sign up for any of the courses, you will gain access to the entire course library. The current courses offered are completely self-lead so that you can go at a pace that is comfortable for you.

  • Who are these courses for?

    EVERYONE! We all breathe right? Whether you are a stay at home mom, CEO, entrepreneur, a teenager, or anything in-between, I am confident that you will find breathwork to be life changing.

  • I have zero experience with breathwork, are the basics covered?

    In my current courses, I review how to properly breathe as well as go over the fundamentals of breathwork. All courses gradually increase in advanced techniques so that you can pace yourself as you learn.

  • How long do I have access to the course materials?

    For a lifetime! These materials are yours to use, share, and practice with forever.

  • What can I expect once I begin a course?

    These courses are designed to expand the lungs, mind, body, and spirit. There may be resistance that shows up, but there may also be times of complete bliss and relaxation. I encourage you to welcome it ALL. Enjoy patience in the practice as you shift your entire reality.

  • Can I teach breathwork once I complete these courses?

    These are not breathwork certification programs, however I encourage you to still share any of the techniques learned with those you love the most. We all deserve to experience the power of the breath.

In 2019, when I first really began to practice breathwork my entire reality shifted without me even making any conscious decisions. It was effortless. Before diving into this superpower, I was working 60+ hours in the film industry, eating to fill emotional voids, had zero sense of community, and was basically on autopilot. But when I realized that the way we are breathing is literally the way we are living, I made it a point to prioritize the breath as much as it prioritizes me. I now live freely and work for myself with full authentic creative expression. I’ve attracted an incredible supportive community. I am able to practice extensive fasting and detox cleanses easily. I am experiencing financial freedom by doing what I love. I have cured my overeating and binge eating disorder. I honestly could keep you here all day with the way that simply taking control of my breath allowed me to take control of my life. I can honestly say I feel the most connected to my truest self than I ever have in my life and I want others to experience this freedom as well. The less breaths, the more presence!
