Stress and anxiety tend to become our default mode. We get used to this auto pilot mode resulting on a build up of trauma on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level. But with breath control, comes mind control. You can choose right now that those absolutes in your head aren't true by practicing conscious breathing.

You will learn breathwork techniques to experience calm, relaxation and stillness. Techniques to stimulate, energise and revitalise. Techniques for heating or cooling the body. Techniques to balance and connect the masculine with the feminine, the yin with the yang. Techniques to release ‘stuck’ energy within that prevents you from living life to your highest alignment in a state of excitement, aspiration and contentment.

7 Completely Guided Videos

This course is designed to build upon itself. The first session is around 15 minutes, the next day is around 25, and so on. By the end of the week you will have completed 3 individual hour long sessions! You can also take this at your own pace and really make this practice your own -- these videos are yours for a lifetime!

Meet Your Facilitator

In 2019, when I first really began to practice breathwork my entire reality shifted without me even making any conscious decisions. It was effortless. Before diving into this superpower, I was working 60+ hours in the film industry, eating to fill emotional voids, had zero sense of community, and was basically on autopilot. But when I realized that the way we are breathing is literally the way we are living, I made it a point to prioritize the breath as much as it prioritizes me. I now live freely and work for myself with full authentic creative expression. I’ve attracted an incredible supportive community. I am able to practice extensive fasting and detox cleanses easily. I am experiencing financial freedom by doing what I love. I have cured my overeating and binge eating disorder. I honestly could keep you here all day with the way that simply taking control of my breath allowed me to take control of my life. I can honestly say I feel the most connected to my truest self than I ever have in my life and I want others to experience this freedom as well. The less breaths, the more presence!
